Exciting News!!!!!  We are now offering a 2 year warranty on your new custom orthotics. For a small enrollment fee you receive peace of mind for your orthotic investment.  Listed below are the coverages you receive with this amazing offer.

Basic Warranty – guarantees adjustments and repairs will be made at no charge, under this program. If your orthotics break, and are determined to be irreparable, a one-time replacement pair will be made, at no charge, once the devices are returned to our office.  You will need to be re-casted to ensure that the requested orthotic replacement meets your needs.

 

Lost or Stolen Warranty – lost or stolen orthotics should be reported as soon as possible to our office. There will be a $50.00 replacement fee to fabricate new orthotic devices. You will need to be re-casted to ensure that the requested orthotic replacement meets your needs. One pair may be replaced per enrollment period.  Adjustment and repair benefits automatically transfer to replacement devices.

Children – children 17 years of age and younger who have outgrown their orthoses may have one pair replaced during the coverage period, at no charge, if they were at eligible age at the time of enrollment. You will need to be re-casted for new orthotics being replaced due to outgrowth, for accuracy in fit of larger feet.

There are many benefits to having this peace of mind on your orthotic investment. Studies show that twenty percent of orthotics made are replaced or adjusted in the first year of wear. Examples of circumstances to exercise this warranty include:  damage from sun exposure, damage from pets, accidental disposal of orthotics, accidentally left in rental shoes, and lost or stolen. American Podiatry Centers Warranty Program covers virtually any problem you may experience with your new orthotics for two years from your enrollment date.
